The residence will feature stylish single and double apartments, each with a private bathroom and pantry kitchen. For added comfort and privacy, every bedroom is individually lockable and fully furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. A dedicated Learning Lounge and beautifully designed outdoor areas provide additional spaces for study, relaxation, and social interaction.
Apartments are available exclusively to full-time students enrolled at, or soon to be enrolled at, a university in Berlin or Potsdam.
Rental agreements are fixed-term contracts: up to 42 months for bachelor’s/first-time students and up to 24 months for master’s students. Tenants retain the right to terminate their lease with two months’ notice to the end of any month.
The apartment residence is located in the Tegel neighborhood of the Reinickendorf district.
The nearby U Alt-Tegel and S Tegel stations, along with several bus lines (125, 133, U6, X33, N6), provide excellent connections to the city center, other districts, and universities across Berlin.
